Quantifi, a provider of risk, analytics and trading solutions, today announced that it has been listed as one of New York’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, for a second year in a row. Run by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR), only companies that distinguish themselves as having innovative human resource practices and exceptional commitment to their employees will make the list.

The award programme evaluates hundreds of nominations and with a ten to one ratio, the winning companies are truly innovative in their employee engagement execution. “Our team brings together professionals with backgrounds across banking and investment management, including leaders with more than 20 years’ experience, from globally renowned institutions such as JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Citi,” comments Lisa David, HR manager at Quantifi. “This wealth of experience creates a unique culture of knowledge sharing and mentorship, where employees can learn from some of the industry’s best. At Quantifi, we prioritise the transfer of knowledge across teams, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers employees to develop their skills, advance their careers and make meaningful contributions. This award underscores our dedication to building a workplace where each employee’s potential is recognised, supported and nurtured.”

“We believe that creating a positive and empowering workplace is key to our success, and this recognition fuels our commitment to continuously invest in our people and our culture.”
