The Challenge
After decades of experience in the financial services industry, the client’s founding partners saw an opportunity to create a unique kind of business. The client needed to roll out and integrate multiple systems while simultaneously building all the departments and functions of a full-service investment firm from scratch. Unrestrained by legacy systems and processes, they began with a blank page and an aggressive timeline to launch.
